I recently stayed at Jacob’s Garden hotel, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for during a stay. The ambiance was relaxing, and everything was in top condition, making it a perfect getaway. However, what really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the Sudanese staff member. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made a significant difference in my experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, and their kindness and professionalism were truly commendable. I am grateful for such an excellent service, and I will definitely recommend it to others. I look forward to returning for another memorable stay!

It's an Indian hotel with a really nice staff. We even got our boarding passes printed at the reception. I really enjoyed the variety of Indian breakfast and the kitchen manager even offered us a fried bacon that was not a part of the breakfast. The room was very spacious, clean and the wifi was working. The hotel was about 10 minutes walking distance from the central bus station.

I like the place, the rooms it's really nice, it's clean and the staff are very kind. And thanks to Sir Maxwell and Ma'am Maisam. I appreciate your kindness and beautiful smile all the time I passed you by. They deserved 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ also especially mentioned to the cleaners I appreciate you guys! They deserved a credit. I stayed there June 10-17 🤍 Next time I'll be back there hehe.
